Joan Hunter

Joan Hunter, the daughter of Charles and Frances Hunter, co-pastored a church for 18 years and has ministered around the world at Healing Explosions for over 30 years. Joan has received a double portion from her parents and when Joan Hunter ministers, the lame walk, the deaf hear and the blind see as confirmed by numerous testimonies.

However, the healing ministry God has given Joan goes well beyond physical healing, to include the spirit, soul and body. She believes that it isn’t enough to see a person’s body healed and leave them with a broken or wounded heart or one that is separated from God. Joan Hunter has personally been set free and healed from the effects of morbid obesity, breast cancer, co-dependency, infidelity, financial ruin, desertion and much more. She has found that through God she can be an "overcomer".

Joan is a dynamic teacher with a timely word filled with faith, hope and love for wounded people. Out of the tragedies of her own life, God has fashioned a woman with a powerful ministry of healing to the body, soul and spirit of a world characterized by brokenness and pain. Joan’s very life is a “ministry from the heart, to the heart." God has used Joan to minister healing to thousands of people and to guide them into the fullness of their own callings in Christ Jesus.
