2. Under no circumstances will any returns be accepted for refund if returned after 30 days of order date.
3. Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, audio, MP3's, PDF downloads, DVDs or other media found to be defective or damaged may only be returned for replacement only. No refunds on this type of media.

7. We recommend that you ship your return back to us by a traceable method (such as UPS or some other traceable method). If you do not have a tracking number and your package is lost, we can not issue a credit.
